Introduction

Welcome to National Solar Network. These Terms of Service set out the terms on which you may access and use our website and engage with our services. Please read them carefully before using our website or submitting an enquiry.

In these terms, "National Solar Network", "NSN", "we", "us" and "our" refer to National Solar Network Pty Ltd (ABN 83 647 680 653), trading as National Solar Network. "You" and "your" refer to any person who accesses our website or uses our services.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using nationalsolarnetwork.com.au and our regional pages (the "Site"), or by using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Our services

National Solar Network is an Australian owned and operated solar company. Through our local dealership teams and our network of SAA-accredited electricians, we provide information, free solar assessments, system design, supply and installation of:

  • Residential and commercial solar panel systems
  • Battery storage solutions
  • EV charger installation
  • System upgrades, repairs and maintenance
  • Overwatch monitoring and ongoing post-installation support

Our services are provided to homes and businesses across Queensland, including Rockhampton, the Sunshine Coast and the Fraser Coast and their surrounding areas.

3. Quotes, pricing and rebates

Information on the Site, including any pricing, savings, payback periods or system performance figures, is general in nature and provided as a guide only. It does not take into account your property, energy usage or circumstances.

  • All quotes are subject to a site assessment and are valid for the period stated on the quote.
  • The supply and installation of any system is governed by the written agreement you enter into with us, which takes precedence over these terms to the extent of any inconsistency.
  • Government rebates and incentives (such as small-scale technology certificates and the federal Cheaper Home Batteries Program) are subject to eligibility criteria and may change or end at any time. We will confirm which incentives apply to your system before you commit.
  • Estimated savings depend on factors outside our control, including electricity prices, feed-in tariffs, weather and your energy usage, and are not guaranteed.

4. Using our website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Site in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Site or interferes with its availability or accessibility
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems
  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our Solar Assessment or contact forms
  • Use the Site to send unsolicited advertising or spam

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos and software, is owned by or licensed to National Solar Network and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trade mark laws. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

6. Warranties and the Australian Consumer Law

Product warranties for solar panels, inverters, batteries and EV chargers are provided by the relevant manufacturers. National Solar Network provides an installation workmanship warranty and additional NSN-backed support under our Triple Warranty Guarantee, as set out in your installation agreement.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

While we take care to keep the Site accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that the content on the Site is complete, current or free of errors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, National Solar Network is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your access to or use of the Site, including any reliance on its content, any errors or omissions, or any interruption to the Site's availability.

Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited (at our option) to resupplying the relevant goods or services, or paying the cost of having them resupplied.

8. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, such as manufacturers, government rebate programs and social media platforms. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those websites.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and disclose your personal information and forms part of these Terms of Service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be available on the Site, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Your continued use of the Site after any changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland in relation to any dispute arising from these terms.
