**National Solar Network – Rockhampton** Choosing a company to replace my old solar system and install a new solar and battery system was not an easy decision. With so many providers in the market, it can be difficult to know who to trust. Living in Central Queensland did make one thing easier—I wanted a local company that would come to my property, conduct a site inspection, and discuss the available options face-to-face. I was also looking for a company that I could easily contact if I had questions or needed assistance understanding and fine-tuning the system through the app. Having a local electrician complete the installation was another important factor for me. After obtaining three quotes and carrying out extensive research, I decided to go with National Solar Network's Rockhampton branch. It proved to be an excellent decision, and I have not looked back. Marcus from National Solar Network was extremely helpful from the outset and, most importantly, came across as genuine and honest. The price for my 14.25kW solar system and 32kWh battery was very competitive compared to the other companies that quoted. While I could have purchased a cheaper system elsewhere, the lower-priced providers were not local and were unable to offer a face-to-face consultation at my home. National Solar Network offered the perfect balance of competitive pricing, quality equipment, and local support. The installation was completed by Alex from AB Electrical, and I could not have been happier with the workmanship. The installation was neat, professional, and completed to a very high standard. The team arrived on time, kept me informed throughout the process, and quickly resolved the few minor issues that arose. It was clear that no shortcuts were taken, and great care was taken to ensure everything was done properly. The after-sales service has been outstanding. After the installation of my GoodWe system, I had several questions regarding the SEMS app used to monitor and manage the system. On numerous occasions, I contacted Marcus for assistance, and he always answered the phone or promptly returned my call. He patiently talked me through the settings and even remotely checked the system to help optimise its performance. In summary, I would highly recommend National Solar Network to anyone looking for a reliable solar and battery installation company. Their professionalism, quality workmanship, competitive pricing, and exceptional after-sales support have made the entire experience stress-free. It is refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely stands behind its products and continues to support its customers long after the installation is complete. Wow!!! Joel, Alex and their team did an exceptional job right from the first meeting (end of March 2026) to discuss what we wanted to achieve ($0 Ergon bills except paying service fee) and providing detailed information that satisfied our requirements plus updating us on what’s now available and assurance on receiving the rebates! We had installed solar panels in 2014 but our inverter crashed on us in February 2026. We weren’t sure on what to do but a visit from Joel solved our dilemma PLUS saving thousands of dollars!!! We had 2 other quotes however the savings were far too great for receiving the same output. What Joel promised, he delivered!  He promised we will have our installation in before 1st of May to get the rebates; and by 30th April, we had our panels, inverter and 5 stack batteries installed!!! We monitor our solar system on our mobile phones and by 1pm we are 100% fully charged. Joel, Alex and their team are totally reliable, trustworthy and honest!!! Marcus came out and did the quote or us. He was very informative and answered our questions. The guys tha installed the panels and battery were great. Nathan shoed me what they had done and he explained evrything to me. Joel came put today and helped me set the app up on my phone and showed me what everything was. Marcus and Joel, came out the day after I contacted them for a quote, I had been considering solar for some time, but they really explained the benefits of it to me. They explained the entire process in a way that I could understand and less then 3 weeks later, I am fully installed. the Electricians that came to my house, were very skilled and they have done what I think is an extremely neat and tidy install! It's been on for 5 days, and I've did not use a single bit of grid electricity, even on one day that was cloudy and rainy.
